Job Description: Position- SDE-4 (MERN- Lead) (5+ years) Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled SDE-3 - Full Stack Developer (5+ years) with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js and Node.js.. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications with a focus on payment gateway integration and SEO optimization. You should be passionate about crafting clean, maintainable code and delivering user-friendly experiences. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js ? Build SEO-friendly pages, optimize metadata, and ensure server-side rendering (SSR) for better search engine visibility ? Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers ? Optimize application performance for speed and scalability ? Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility ? Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code ? Handle debugging and troubleshooting issues quickly Required Skills: ? Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Node.js ? Good understanding of SEO principles and web vitals ? Familiarity with SSR, SSG, and ISR ? Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS ? Experience with Git and version control ? Good understanding of REST APIs ? Good understanding of MongoDB/MySQL ? Team handling experience of at least 2 years (managing a team of 2?3 members) Nice to Have: ? Knowledge of headless CMS (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Strapi) ? Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM) ? Familiarity with Lighthouse audits and SEO tools ? Knowledge of performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting) ? PHP Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
