We’re building AI Banker, not a chatbot, not a dashboard, not a support tool.

This is a proactive, context-aware financial intelligence layer that sits alongside every user and helps them make better decisions with their money in real time.

• Systems that understand user behavior deeply

This is backend engineering at the edge of AI, not just serving APIs, but building intelligence into systems.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale backend systems powering AI-driven financial experiences
• Design low-latency, high-throughput services that interact with ML/AI systems
• Work on event-driven architectures and real-time decisioning systems
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML, data, and product teams to productionize intelligence
• Own systems end-to-end from design → deployment → iteration
• Solve for context management, orchestration, and system reliability at scale

What we’re looking for

• 3 to 6 years of strong backend engineering experience
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, system design, and distributed systems
• Strong experience building scalable APIs and backend services
• Hands-on with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and performance tuning
• Experience with event-driven systems / async processing / streaming (Kafka, etc.)
• Exposure to AWS and containerized deployments
