We?re hiring a Full Stack Engineer who wants their code to rank. You?ll build lightning-fast micro-tools like email verifiers, SPF checkers, and domain testers that bring organic traffic, users, and revenue. Your work won?t sit in a backlog, it'll go live fast, be crawled by Google, and generate growth. You?ll build with React + Next.js, serve data via Node.js, obsess over SEO signals, and work closely with the growth team to turn ideas into high-ranking tools. Why Join Us? Your Main Goals Launch SEO-Optimized Tools That Rank (within 45 days) Build and ship public tools using Next.js (SSR or SSG) and Node.js APIs. Prioritize SEO basics: title tags, canonical URLs, robots.txt, and fast TTFB. Target: Launch 2 new tools with crawlable pages that pass Core Web Vitals and get indexed within 30 days. Debug and Fix Indexing or Ranking Issues (within 60 days) Use Google Search Console and Lighthouse to debug crawl errors, indexing blocks, structured data issues, or page speed bottlenecks. Goal: Improve average position of priority tool pages by at least 20% in 8 weeks. Optimize for Core Web Vitals (within 75 days) Reduce LCP, FCP, and CLS using lazy loading, font preloading, JS splitting, or image compression. Outcome: Achieve ?Good? scores for all CWVs on at least 80% of public pages. Build Analytics & SEO Tracking Foundation (within 90 days) Integrate GA4, PostHog, or custom events to track user actions, funnel drop-offs, and conversion rates. Set up dashboards to monitor SEO health. Result: Every tool should have working analytics and conversion goals defined. Important Tasks First 30 Days ? SEO Audit & Tool Evaluation Review current SEO tools, page structures, and discoverability. Identify blockers to crawlability or ranking. Build & Deploy a New Micro-Tool Pick one new idea (e.g., SPF Checker), design the frontend/backend, deploy with proper SEO structure, and verify GSC indexing. SSR vs SSG Strategy Playbook Create a short internal playbook on when to use SSR or SSG in Next.js for SEO, speed, and scale. Help the team choose right by default. Improve an Existing Tool?s Performance Pick a high-traffic page and improve its Lighthouse score from ?Average? to ?Good.? Bonus points if it improves SEO ranking. Create Structured Data Templates Build reusable JSON-LD templates for different tool types (articles, FAQs, tools) to improve rich snippet eligibility. Debug a Crawl/Index Issue When a tool doesn?t show up on Google, use Search Console + HTML audits to solve it could be a rogue noindex, broken sitemap, or missing canonical. Integrate and Test Tracking Scripts Add GA4, PostHog, or Meta Pixel without slowing page loads. Ensure event tracking is working for core user actions.
