The Role

As our Scrum Master, you will:

✅ Facilitate agile ceremonies and oversee sprint planning

✅ Run daily standups and keep every active case visible on one board

✅ Remove blockers before they slow the team down

✅ Coordinate handoffs across sales, delivery, and account management

✅ Guide the team in creating and refining user stories

✅ Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process fixes

What You Bring

🔹 Strong expertise in Scrum practices and agile ceremonies

🔹 Experience managing user stories and sprint cycles

🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

🔹Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Jira

🔹 Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10–30 people

🔹 Basic understanding of software development processes

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

🔹 CSM / PSM certification is a plus
