Role: Scrum Master / Business Analyst Location: Vadodara (Preferred) | Remote India Type: Full-Time About the Role Rangam is hiring a Scrum Master who can coach Agile teams, manage sprint execution, and support business analysis for our software development projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the staffing/workforce domain , strong communication skills, and the ability to manage 3?5 full-cycle Scrum projects end to end. Experience with U.S. Medicaid or healthcare is a plus. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams to follow Agile principles. Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release readiness. Maintain sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and progress tracking using Azure DevOps and Excel . Collaborate with stakeholders to refine user stories and acceptance criteria. Support requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT coordination. Understand staffing workflows (ATS, onboarding, candidate lifecycle, vendor management). Work with development, QA, and operations teams for smooth delivery. Must-Have Qualifications 5?8 years of experience as a Scrum Master + BA . Scrum Certification (CSM/PSM) ? mandatory. Delivered 3?5 full end-to-end Scrum projects . Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Sprint Management, Reports). Excellent MS Excel skills (tracking, reporting, data validation). Experience in the staffing domain (ATS, recruitment lifecycle). Strong communication skills and experience working with U.S. teams. Preferred Skills Exposure to U.S. Medicaid or healthcare payer systems. Ability to write basic SQL queries for validation. Knowledge of API-based systems and integrations.
