Job Description

Job Summary (List Format) – Scrum Master

Lead end-to-end Agile delivery across multiple engineering teams through the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Drive structured, predictable, and high-quality Agile delivery, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and business objectives
Act as a bridge between business, product, engineering, QA, Security, and DevOps teams
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and enforce delivery governance (capacity planning, sprint commitments, release cadence)
Manage inter-team dependencies, risks, and program-level execution across multiple scrum teams
Provide concise, executive-level reporting and delivery insights to stakeholders using dashboards and data-driven metrics
Coach teams and individuals for higher Agile maturity, self-organization, and continuous improvement
Proactively identify and resolve impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks at both team and program levels
Leverage Jira, Confluence, and other reporting tools to track, document, and communicate delivery progress and outcomes
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams
Mentor Technical Project Managers/Business Analysts on backlog quality and prioritization
Demonstrate strong technical awareness of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and architectural dependencies
Operate effectively in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments, constructively challenging and driving accountability
Maintain strong governance, delivery artifacts, and executive presentations for leadership reviews
Work flexible hours to collaborate with global teams (PST/EST coverage as needed)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Job Type: Hybrid working, normal business hours with flexibility

Experience Required: 9+ years in Agile/software delivery, 7+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Lead

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS/IT, Scrum certifications preferred
