Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in eCommerce andRetail domains. The candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Agile frameworks,particularly Scrum, and demonstrate a proven ability to facilitate effective team collaboration,manage sprint execution, and drive project delivery.

 Candidate should have 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile ProjectManager Proven track record in eCommerce and Retail (B2C/B2B platforms, ordermanagement systems, digital transformation projects, etc.) Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework, with practicalexperience leading multiple Scrum teams Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies - Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews,Retrospectives Conduct and guide Backlog Grooming/Refinement sessions with Product Ownersand development teams Support Sprint Planning, ensuring scope, goals, and deliverables are well-definedand achievable Collaborate on estimation and project planning, aligning with stakeholders ontimelines and priorities Identify and remove impediments/blockers to ensure continuous progress Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, capacity planning, etc.) Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within teams Strong working knowledge of Jira (sprint boards, reporting, dashboards) Experience with Confluence (documentation, team collaboration) Familiarity with Agile planning tools and frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid Agileenvironments) Excellent communication and facilitation skills Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities Ability to coach teams and foster an environment of accountability and transparency Certified Scrum Master
