Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (5 Days On-site)

What You'll Do

• Write engaging scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Shorts, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
• Develop compelling storylines, hooks, dialogues, and narrative structures.
• Research trends, audience preferences, and topics relevant to Indian users.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Adapt scripts based on feedback while maintaining creativity and brand voice.
• Write scripts in a conversational and engaging tone suitable for digital-first audiences.
• Brainstorm content ideas and participate in creative planning sessions.
• Ensure content is culturally relevant and optimized for different platforms.

Must-Have Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in scriptwriting, creative writing, or digital content writing.
• Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills.
• Experience writing scripts for short-form video content.
• Strong command of Hindi and English.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging scripts.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Strong research and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with media companies, agencies, startups, or content creators.
• Portfolio of scripts, campaigns, or published video content.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Literature, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
