Role Description The School Administration Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at Paper Kite School in Coimbatore. This role supports the smooth daily operations of the school by managing front office duties, greeting families and visitors, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and email inquiries, maintaining student records, assisting with admissions documentation, and supporting communication between educators, families, and school leadership. The role also involves coordinating schedules, preparing basic reports, organizing files, and assisting with logistics for school events and meetings. The School Administration Assistant collaborates closely with the school team to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time, helping educators stay focused on the children and their learning.


Who We're Looking For

  • Graduate in any discipline (administration, commerce, business, or related fields preferred).
  • Prior experience in front desk, reception, administration, customer service, or office coordination is preferred but not compulsory.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence in interacting with parents and visitors.
  • Warm, courteous, and professional in communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Good working knowledge of computers, email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and basic office administration.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, record keeping, and basic document preparation.
  • A genuine appreciation for working in a child-centred educational environment.
