Job Title: Admin Coordinator.

Compensation: (Based on qualifications and experience).

Timing: 8.20 AM to 4.45 PM (Monday to Friday) and Saturday Half day .

Location: Vasanthapura Main Road, South Bengaluru.


Job Description:

We are a reputed ICSE School looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Admin Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of school administration and daily operations.


Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and relevant school experience will be considered.


Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration and coordination of school operations

Communication

Excellent command of English (written and verbal)


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day school administrative activities
  • Support the Principal and Management in the execution of academic and administrative initiatives
  • Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth school operations
  • Manage school records, reports, documentation, and correspondence
  • Assist in planning and coordinating school events, meetings, competitions, and parent interactions
  • Follow up on action items across departments and ensure timely closure
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders as required
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and administrative procedures


Skills Required

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
