Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Role Overview

You will support the Power Products Offer Logic team by executing tasks for Productor Selector maintenance, documentation, and quality improvement. You will collaborate with global technical and marketing teams to streamline Productor Selector workflows, clean knowledge assets, and resolve routine-to-complex offer logic issues aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge Base (KB) Creation, Maintenance, Cleansing & Localization Validation
• Master the KB, include creating KB specification according to offer structures and implement modularized configurations in SAP (VC – Variant Configuration)
• Drive KB cleansing initiatives for technical accuracy, resolve inconsistencies, remove redundant logic and eliminate obsolete logic to maintain selector reliability.
• Validate localized KB versions for regional accuracy and compliance.
• Support on creation of robust specifications process
• Update existing Offer Logic technical specifications and collaborate with the KB owners to design, draft, and refine specifications
• Ensure consistency between specification documents and live KB content to eliminate logic discrepancies.
• Product Code & Testing Support
• Troubleshoot and resolve product code issues, configuration conflicts caused by Cortec code escalated by regional teams or customers.
• Execute specialized testing activities, including reload testing, integration testing, and UAT for product code deployments.
• Process & Technical Documentation
• Create, update, and maintain end-to-end Offer Logic process documentation (eg, workflow diagrams, rule guides, and troubleshooting manuals)
• Ensure documentation is accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with global standards
• MTZ Selector Simplification & Marketing Alignment
• Support the simplification of MTZ KB selector structure, collaborating closely with the internal teams to align changes with the Marketing Mix project
• Cross-Team Support & Deployment Assistance
• Work with the Platforms & Architecture team (CRMS, Select & Config team) to locate the issues and find a solution
• Provide support for selector-related queries, ensuring good customer experience for Product Selector

Skills Required

Required Experience

• Proven expertise in KB design/ maintenance, modularization of configurations in SAP (VC – Variant Configuration)
• Coding and logic-building skills for troubleshooting and script adjustments
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or proprietary configurator languages)
• Strong understanding of offer logic rules, marketing rules, and technical assembly rules
• Familiarity with data science fundamentals and enterprise data system management.
• Working knowledge of supply chain data flows (SAP, Bridge, Sysconf) and digital selector integrations (web publication, MySchneider, order systems).
• Experience collaborating with Data Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure overall consistency.
