Detailed Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Automation Consultant with 8+ years of experience in TOSCA, NeoLoad, and LiveCompare. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, performing SAP performance testing, conducting SAP change impact analysis, and ensuring high-quality testing deliverables for OTC, FTM, and DTS business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

TOSCA Automation

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for OTC, FTM, and DTS using TOSCA.
• Troubleshoot and optimize TOSCA automation scripts to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with automation leads to enhance and strengthen test automation frameworks.

NeoLoad Performance Testing

• Design and execute performance, load, and stress testing for SAP transactions and interfaces.
• Analyze NeoLoad test results to identify performance bottlenecks and system issues.
• Provide recommendations to improve SAP application performance, scalability, and stability.

LiveCompare Analysis

• Perform SAP change impact analysis using LiveCompare.
• Identify SAP objects impacted by transports, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Recommend targeted regression test cases based on LiveCompare insights to reduce testing effort and project risk.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, traceability matrices, and test execution reports for OTC, FTM, and DTS.
• Document test results, defects, risks, observations, and recommendations.
• Communicate testing progress, issues, and status updates effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Testing and Test Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA Automation.
• Strong expertise in NeoLoad Performance Testing.
• Experience with LiveCompare for SAP Change Impact Analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash), FTM, and DTS business processes.
• Experience in performance, load, stress, and regression testing.
• Strong analytical, debugging, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA testing projects.
• Understanding of SAP transport management and release cycles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
