Job Description

We are seeking expert SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultants with proven S/4HANA implementation experience to drive enterprise logistics transformation projects. Join our specialized SAP practice to configure complex TM solutions, lead blueprint workshops, and deliver end-to-end transportation optimization for manufacturing and logistics clients.

Role Summary

As an SAP TM Consultant, you'll lead S/4HANA TM implementations independently, conducting blueprint workshops, configuring core TM functionality (Charge Management, Freight Orders), and managing data migration from ECC. With strong BOPF/FPM knowledge, you'll collaborate with ABAP teams and drive complete SDLC from requirements to go-live support.

Core SAP TM Implementation

Worked on S/4HANA implementation/support projects
Business process mapping and documentation expertise
Work independently as SAP TM consultant
Conduct client workshops for requirements gathering and blueprint completion
SAP TM configuration: TM Master Data, core functionality
Unit Testing execution and comprehensive documentation
Collaborate with ABAP team for custom developments using BOPF and FPM

Advanced TM Expertise

Strong knowledge of Charge Management, Freight Orders Management
End-to-end SAP TM Integration (ECC/S4, EWM, TM-LE, GTS)
Preparation of Functional Specifications for developments
Testing Strategy: Unit test scripts, Development test scripts, Integrated test scripts
Conduct Integration testing with complete documentation
End User training - preparation of manuals and delivery
Data Migration from SAP ECC to SAP TM
Cut-Over Plan preparation and execution
Go-Live Support for day-to-day troubleshooting
