The SAP Operations Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day SAP system operations, ensuring smooth functioning of business processes, resolving user issues, and maintaining data accuracy within SAP modules.

SAP System Support

Provide end-user support for SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, HR, or PP (depending on role).
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues and service tickets.
Monitor system performance and escalate major incidents.

2. Business Operations Support

Handle routine SAP transactions (e.g., PO creation, invoice processing, goods receipt).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP systems.
Assist business users in resolving process-related issues.

3. Incident & Ticket Management

Manage support tickets through tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.
Track, prioritize, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on ticket status
