The SAP Operations Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day SAP system operations, ensuring smooth functioning of business processes, resolving user issues, and maintaining data accuracy within SAP modules.
SAP System Support
- Provide end-user support for SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, HR, or PP (depending on role).
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues and service tickets.
- Monitor system performance and escalate major incidents.
- Handle routine SAP transactions (e.g., PO creation, invoice processing, goods receipt).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP systems.
- Assist business users in resolving process-related issues.
- Manage support tickets through tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.
- Track, prioritize, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on ticket status
