Positi on: SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central (SF-EC) Experien ce: 5 to14 years Locati on: Kolkata and Ahmedabad Job Description Required Information Details 1 Role** SAP Success factors Employee Central consultant 2 Required Technical Skill Set** SAP Success factors Employee Central Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** Should have basic knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors. Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central. Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution. Hands on all the data models and excellent knowledge of xml. System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook/Business Blueprint. Help Client understand alternatives for System configuration and design. Defining Company structure, Data models, Business Rules, Permission Management experience in integrating SAP EC with HRIS & payroll systems Strong Learning ability- Agility and wiliness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment. Must have SuccessFactors certification in EC module Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good-to-Have Good to have Onboarding 2.0 knowledge and Employee central. Integration knowledge will be an extra add on. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Work directly with business users to understand the problem or opportunity 2 Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment 3 Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions to satisfy business needs. 4 Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central module 5 Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members. 6 Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. 7 Solution design in accordance with configuration workbook / Business Blueprint. Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution. 8 Should have experience in integrating SAP Recruiting Management with and other modules TCS Eligibility Criteria:*BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.*Only Full-Time courses would be considered. *Candidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 months need not apply.
