Job Description
JD for SAP Service Management Manager Level
Experience ? (7-10Years)
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Service related modules.
Understanding of service-related business processes ? In house repair, Field Service Repair, Workshop repair, Service contract-based repair, Execution order process.
In-depth knowledge one Service Quotations, Service Contracts, Service orders, Service Order confirmation, Maintenance Service Order. Recurring Services.
Must have worked on at least 1 implementation experience in SAP S4HANA Service in a Lead role.
Should have in-depth knowledge on cross topic integration with FICO, SD, MM,PM, CATS etc.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the service management system.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
Ability to handle business stakeholders.
Strong configuration knowledge in SAP S4HANA Service.
