Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, implementation, and support. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and experience working with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD modules including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD functional specifications.
• Work on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process including inquiry, quotation, sales order, delivery, billing, and returns.
• Configure pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and pricing determination.
• Handle integration with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, PP, and WM.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
• Provide production support and issue resolution for SD-related incidents.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and technical teams for enhancements and interfaces.
• Conduct user training and documentation when required.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
• Hands-on experience in Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit Management.
• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience in IDOCs, EDI, and integration with third-party systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD functionality is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
