SAP Scrum Master / Project Manager SAP Scrum Master / Project Manager Location: Kolkata and Ahmedabad Experience: 10 years to 17years Interview Mode: Online Drive Interview Date: 15th Nov 2025 (Saturday) Interview Time: 10: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM Must Have: 10+ years of experience in Scrum/project management, with at least 5 years in SAP programs. SAP Project Expertise Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI-CO, MM, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur). Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and ASAP framework. Knowledge of SAP integration points and data migration processes. Agile Tools & Practices Jira, Azure Boards or similar Agile project management tools. Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and velocity tracking. Leading Scrum teams and reporting of scrum metrics and optimising flow and predictability etc. Scrum Master Certification. Project Management Tools MS Project, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent. Budgeting, resource planning, and reporting. Leadership : Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex SAP programs. Communication : Clear articulation of project status and technical concepts to stakeholders. Collaboration : Work effectively with business, IT, and vendor teams. Problem-Solving : Resolve impediments and manage risks proactively. Adaptability : Balance Agile principles with SAP project realities. Time Management : Handle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines Good to have: Project Management certification 15 years of Full time Education
