Role Description This full-time on-site SAP Project Manager role is based in Noida. The SAP Project Manager will lead end-to-end SAP project implementation, including planning, scope definition, resource coordination, and timeline management. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into SAP solutions, and ensuring alignment with key business processes, particularly in areas such as Plant Maintenance. The role involves monitoring project performance, managing risks and issues, preparing status reports, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and SAP best practices. The SAP Project Manager will also support user training, change management, and post-go-live stabilization while fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP Project Management skills with public and private cloud experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project health, and support decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and related functional modules.
• Deep understanding of Business Process design, optimization, and alignment with SAP solutions.
• Proven track record in Project Implementation, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in SAP implementation or consulting roles, preferably within enterprise or industrial environments. Koi
