As a SAP Portal - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Technology Consulting practice, specializing in SAP technology. You will be part of a team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, all while upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
• Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP technology projects, confirming timely delivery
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance SAP system functionalities
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business transformation and process improvement
• Mentoring team members to develop their skills and enhance project outcomes
• Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within SAP environments
• Confirming data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing SAP initiatives
  
  

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
