Job Title: SAP PM Consultant
Experience: 4+ Years (Relevant)
Implementation: Minimum 1 End-to-End S/4HANA Implementation
Location: Kolkata / Delhi / Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Plant Maintenance (PM) and proven experience in at least one S/4HANA end-to-end implementation. The role involves designing, configuring, and supporting maintenance processes aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP PM module activities.
- Configure and manage PM sub-modules:
- Equipment & Functional Locations
- Maintenance Orders & Notifications
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
- Refurbishment & Calibration
- Maintenance Plans and Task Lists
- Participate in blueprint, realization, testing, and go-live phases.
- Integrate SAP PM with MM, PP, FI/CO, and QM.
- Support master data creation and data migration.
- Handle UAT, cutover, and hypercare support.
- Prepare functional specs and coordinate with ABAP team.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of strong experience in SAP PM.
- At least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance business processes.
- Hands-on experience in configuration and support.
- Good understanding of PM-MM and PM-FI integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with S/4HANA Asset Management (EAM).
- Exposure to Fiori PM apps.
- Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration.
- SAP PM / EAM Certification.
