OpenText Exstream (CCM): Design, develop, and maintain document templates, correspondence, and batch communication processes using OpenText Exstream (v16+). Configure communication workflows for print, email, and digital delivery channels. Develop data mapping, rulesets, scripts, and control files to handle various input data formats (XML, JSON, CSV). Ensure performance optimization, reusability, and version control of communication templates. OpenText Archive / EIM: Design and implement archiving solutions using OpenText Archive Server, Content Server, or InfoArchive. Integrate Exstream outputs into the archiving system for secure long-term storage and retrieval. Develop and maintain connectors or APIs for data ingestion, retrieval, and indexing of documents. Implement retention policies, access controls, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Troubleshoot archiving and retrieval performance issues and ensure system reliability. General Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for CCM and archival processes. Maintain documentation for design, configuration, and deployment processes. Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and testing activities. Support production issues and provide root cause analysis and resolutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security policies. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4?7 years of combined experience in OpenText Exstream and OpenText Archive or related OpenText EIM solutions. Strong proficiency in: OpenText Exstream Design Manager, Empower, Composition Center Archive Server / InfoArchive / Content Server administration and configuration Data mapping, scripting (VBScript, JavaScript, or equivalent) Integration via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms Familiarity with document lifecycle management, metadata indexing, and search optimization. Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with OpenText Extended ECM, Documentum, or OpenText Media Management. Knowledge of AWS / Azure cloud integration and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, or Bitbucket. Understanding of regulatory compliance and document accessibility standards.
