Job Description: Job Title: SAP HR Webdynpro Developer Years of exp : 7 Years Location: Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh Notice Period = Immediate to 15 days Work Mode: On-site only (NO work-from-home option) Job Description: We are seeking 7+ years of experience as a SAP HR Webdynpro Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for requirement gathering, designing, developing, and maintaining SAP HR applications using Webdynpro technology and ABAP. You will collaborate closely with end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Responsibilities: ? Requirement gathering, Design, develop, and deploy SAP HR & ESS/MSS portal applications using Webdynpro ABAP. ? Customize existing applications to meet changing business needs. ? Work closely with end-user teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. ? Perform unit testing and support integration testing for SAP HR modules. ? Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. ? Provide technical documentation and user training as needed. ? Stay updated with SAP technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ? Proven experience as a SAP HR Webdynpro Developer or similar role. ? Strong proficiency in ABAP programming language and SAP modules (HR, Personal Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Performance Management etc.,). ? Hands-on experience with Webdynpro ABAP development and UI design. ? Excellent understanding of SAP HR processes and best practices. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred: ? SAP certifications related to HR modules or Webdynpro development. ? Experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP UI technologies.
