Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Practitioner with expertise in SAP HCM Payroll to support and enhance HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing HR strategies, managing payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve employee queries, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

β€’ Execute HR strategies, programs, and services across various stages of the employee lifecycle

β€’ Manage and support SAP HCM Payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing

β€’ Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in HR processes and payroll-related activities

β€’ Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related challenges

β€’ Facilitate training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and HR process understanding

β€’ Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements

β€’ Manage employee benefits administration and payroll-related queries

β€’ Maintain and manage HRIS systems and employee data with high accuracy

β€’ Analyze HR metrics and payroll reports to support decision-making and operational improvements

β€’ Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations

β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve HR service delivery and employee experience


Required Skills & Qualifications

βœ” Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll

βœ” Strong understanding of payroll processing and employee benefits administration

βœ” Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and HR data management

βœ” Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate insightful reports

βœ” Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements

βœ” Strong problem-solving and communication skills

βœ” Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in team environments
