Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP HCM + Payroll Consultant located in Mysore, India. In this role, you will implement, configure, and support SAP HCM and Payroll modules, analyze business processes, and provide consulting expertise. Responsibilities include interacting with clients to understand their requirements, managing master data, troubleshooting system issues, and delivering customized SAP solutions to optimize organizational processes. You will collaborate across departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP HCM and Payroll modules, including implementation, configuration, and support
• Strong understanding of Business Processes and exceptional Analytical Skills
• Experience in Consulting with clients to gather requirements and propose solutions
• Proficiency in SAP FICO and managing Master Data
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for certifications in SAP HCM, Payroll, or FICO modules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and cross-departmental collaboration
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
• Work experience with large-scale SAP implementations will be an added advantage
