Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP FICO Specialist at Shraddha Computer Centre, located in Chittur. The role involves implementing and managing SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules, analyzing and improving financial and accounting processes, consulting with clients to understand requirements, maintaining master data configurations, and ensuring efficient operations. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams while contributing to the organization's business process optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SAP FICO and experience in financial and controlling modules
• Solid understanding of Business Process optimization and strategy implementation
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
• Experience in Consulting and customer-facing roles to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Expertise in Master Data management and configuration
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Relevant certification in SAP FICO is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is required
