Role Description The SAP EWM Trainer role at Beat Educations is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality training in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating training materials, preparing lesson plans, and conducting live online training sessions, workshops, and practical labs for learners. The trainer will explain key SAP EWM concepts, demonstrate system configurations and processes, and guide learners through real-world scenarios related to warehouse operations and logistics. Additional tasks include assessing learner progress, providing feedback and mentoring, collaborating with the curriculum team to keep content current with industry practices, and supporting participants with queries and exam preparation.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong SAP expertise, including hands-on experience with SAP EWM and familiarity with related modules such as SAP FICO.
• Candidates should possess training and facilitation skills, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and delivering remote instruction to diverse learner groups.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of business processes, particularly in logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.
• Candidates should possess skills in materials management, including inventory control, goods movement, and warehouse resource planning within SAP.
• Candidates should possess consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions.
• Relevant experience as a SAP trainer, consultant, or functional analyst in EWM or related areas is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in delivering online sessions, and the ability to present complex concepts clearly are required.
• Professional certifications in SAP EWM or SAP logistics modules are an advantage.
