Job Summary: HighRadius is looking for a dynamic SAP professional to join our Engineering Team. This role responsibilities include participation in Software Development activities. Mentor junior members of the team in deliverables. ? Key Responsibilities: Review HighRadius's SAP and non-SAP systems to propose comprehensive end-to-end integration solutions, including an analysis of their advantages and disadvantages. Comprehend the HighRadius SAP products framework and devise a detailed strategy for migration to BTP or Cloud ABAP, utilizing advanced coding techniques (S/4 HANA, Node JS, etc.). Analyze the client's existing landscape to recommend the optimal integration approach. Gain a functional understanding of the product to formulate robust, end-to-end solutions that guarantee the speed and accuracy of data transfer. Collaborate with various teams (SAP & Non-SAP) within HighRadius to finalize end-to-end designs and oversee their successful implementation. Prepare technical specifications, develop code, and conduct integration tests. Assume leadership of the team, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects in accordance with HighRadius processes. Plan and execute sprint cycles. Proactively communicate project status updates to leadership. Skill & Experience Needed: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a SAP developer in large-scale SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects is required, with demonstrated expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP Integration, S4/HANA, and cloud technologies. Proficiency in ABAP on HANA, CDS, Fiori Elements, OData, AMDP, and RAP is essential. Experience in CAPM BTP coding is considered advantageous. A high-level understanding of various SAP product capabilities, functionalities, and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA (OTC, R2R, Central Finance, BRIM) and SAP Ariba, is expected. Strong knowledge of integration tools and platforms (Middlewares, BODS, SLT, BI/BW, API frameworks, AIF) is necessary, along with the ability to design solutions utilizing diverse technologies. Excellent knowledge of APIs (REST & SOAP) is mandatory. An understanding of SAP Integration Solution Advisory Methodology is required. Exceptional communication, client management, and presentation skills are paramount. Candidates must be self-driven and possess a strong ability to collaborate effectively within high-performing teams. Candidates possessing the following skills will be given preference: Experience in clean core development within S/4 HANA. Competency in programming languages such as ABAP and Java.
