SAP Ariba Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Buying and Invoicing, Procurement, and integration with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA. The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze procurement business processes and recommend best practices using SAP Ariba.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure SAP Ariba modules including Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Catalog, and Supplier Management.
• Design and support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
• Manage supplier onboarding and supplier lifecycle processes.
• Configure approval workflows, procurement policies, document types, and business rules.
• Support end-to-end testing including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support.
• Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba.
• Strong experience in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing.
• Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing.
• Experience with SAP Ariba Contracts.
• Experience with SAP Ariba Catalog Management.
• Experience with Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP).
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
• Knowledge of procurement workflows, approval processes, sourcing events, supplier onboarding, and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience in configuration, testing, defect management, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Business Network (Ariba Network).
• Knowledge of Guided Buying.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
• Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• SAP Ariba certification is preferred.
