Job Description Position Responsibilities Develop Business Intelligence Solutions Design and develop Business Intelligence Solutions: data source identification (SAP HANA and Non-SAP systems), data staging (Datasphere) and modelling (Datasphere , BW , ABAP CDS) development of enhancements for existing standard reports as well as new and ad-hoc reports, data visualizations (dashboards) in SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik and alteryx Define test cases in collaboration with users, perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing Perform deployments in alignment with release processes Create and maintain high-quality documentation of all deliverables, including data dictionaries and report and analysis specifications Support continuous improvement of data quality, standardization and query performance Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements and work with Product Owners, Product Managers to define User Stories Support BI Landscape Renewal Support exploration of new technologies and defining the future architecture Play a key role in the migration of existing data extractors and models, reports and dashboards into new tools (SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud) and continuously improve them Support consolidation of reporting requirements during migration project Support user training, e.g. on self-service BI capabilities Work efficiently with others and independently: Work closely with internal and external development and testing teams, as well as markets, to ensure seamless integration and alignment Proactively communicate findings, progress, challenges, and potential risks to lead engineers, Product Manager and stakeholders Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and best practice discussions Responsibilities 5-8 years of progressive experience in SAP Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, with a strong understanding of core concepts from platforms like SAP BW, BW/4HANA, or SAP HANA SQL Data Warehousing.
