Job Description

We at Ambuja Neotia are looking for a results-driven SAP ABAP Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ABAP, a strong understanding of SAP architecture, and experience in delivering high-quality, scalable, and performance-optimized solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of custom objects using ABAP on HANA , ensuring adherence to SAP best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Develop and enhance RICEF objects ? Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms. Utilize advanced HANA features such as CDS Views, AMDPs, and HANA Procedures . Optimize system performance by refactoring legacy ABAP code and using SQL trace/runtime analysis tools . Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones . Serve as a technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination during UAT and Go-Live. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development, preferably on HANA. Strong knowledge of ABAP programming , OOABAP , ALV , BAPIs , BADIs , User Exits , and Enhancements . Proficiency in performance tuning and code optimisation on HANA systems.
