Your Role – Job Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Customization: Design, code, and test WRICEF objects (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) specifically for SAP HCM modules.
- Technical Expertise: Work with HR-specific tools like logical databases (PNP, PCH), cluster data (Time/Payroll), HR macros, and User Exits/BAdIs.
- Integration: Develop interfaces between SAP HR and non-SAP/third-party systems using ALE/IDoc, RFC, and OData/API services.
- Documentation & Support: Create technical specifications, perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and apply SAP Notes.
- Modernization: Utilize ABAP OO, Web-Dynpro, and potentially SAP UI5/Fiori/BRF+.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of ABAP Objects, Enhancement Framework, and HR-specific function modules.
- Functional Knowledge: Understanding of SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY).
- Communication: Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specs.
- Optional/Preferred: Experience with SuccessFactors (Employee Central), S/4 Hana, and Payroll legal requirements.
