About

CA with 8- 10 years of post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in F&A, FP&A, and Taxation
To lead and manage the financial controllership function, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and business partnering to support strategic objectives.

ROLE AND Reporting & Accounting

Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
Supervise GL, AR, AP, inventory accounting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and consolidation.
Review accounting policies and ensure adherence to applicable standards and group accounting manuals.
Manage statutory and group reporting, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with Companies Act, SEBI LODR, and other regulations.
Liaise with external auditors and coordinate annual audits.
Controllership & Compliance:
Establish and maintain a robust internal control framework
Ensure accurate and compliant tax accounting (direct, indirect, transfer pricing, etc.).
Oversee all compliance filings - statutory, tax, secretarial, and other financial disclosures.
Drive risk management and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Management:
Lead annual operating plan (AOP) and periodic forecasting processes.
Provide financial insights and variance analysis for business performance, cost management, and profitability.
Partner with business heads and functional leaders to track performance vs plan and drive corrective actions.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
Oversee treasury operations, including cash management, banking, and fund flow planning.
Optimize working capital (inventory, receivables, payables) to improve liquidity.
Support investment and financing decisions in collaboration with the CFO.
Business Partnering & Decision Support:
Act as a trusted advisor to management by providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
Evaluate new business opportunities, capex, product launches, pricing, and cost-optimization initiatives.
Support commercial decision-making through financial models, ROI analysis, and scenario planning.
Audit, Governance & Risk:
Manage statutory, internal, and cost audits; ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation across finance operations.
Ensure zero non-compliance in financial, tax, and secretarial areas
