Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies to lead development efforts for a product-based/SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of guiding a team through design, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and drive quality delivery.
Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders.
Manage source code using GitHub and support CI/CD practices.

Technical Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET
Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
Experience with ADO.NET for data access.
Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (queries, procedures, performance tuning).
Good experience with JavaScript.
Hands-on experience using GitHub for version control.

Desired Profile

6- 10 years of overall development experience.
Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer leading teams.
Experience working in a Product-based or SaaS environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
