Experience : 6 - 10 Years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies to lead development efforts for a product-based/SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of guiding a team through design, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability.
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, and drive quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders.
  • Manage source code using GitHub and support CI/CD practices.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
  • Experience with ADO.NET for data access.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (queries, procedures, performance tuning).
  • Good experience with JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience using GitHub for version control.

Desired Profile

  • 6- 10 years of overall development experience.
  • Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer leading teams.
  • Experience working in a Product-based or SaaS environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
