Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New chandigarh for a Salon Manager. The Salon Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service and the highest quality of hair and beauty services. Responsibilities include managing team schedules, implementing operational procedures, hiring and training staff, and providing guidance for maintaining industry standards. The role also involves resolving customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining inventory, and working towards business growth goals through effective team leadership and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building rapport with clients and team members
• Experience in Hiring and managing salon staff, including training and scheduling
• Proven organizational and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of current salon and beauty industry trends
• Ability to handle day-to-day operational challenges efficiently
• Diploma or certification in relevant fields such as Cosmetology or Salon Management is a benefits
