Job Title: Salesforce Testing Location: Pan India Experience: 5-7 Years Job Type: Contract to Hire Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Testing , Tosca , QA , Sales cloud , service cloud , Manual Job description: We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce application testing using Tricentis Tosca . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure quality delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple modules and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications using Tricentis Tosca . Identify, create, and maintain reusable Tosca modules for Salesforce Lightning and Classic UIs. Automate Salesforce end-to-end business workflows , including integrations with third-party systems (APIs, middleware). Collaborate with functional QA, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test coverage. Execute automated regression and smoke test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines. Maintain and troubleshoot automation scripts for any UI or API-level changes. Prepare detailed test documentation , results, and defect reports. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in test automation with Tricentis Tosca . Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning components, Flows, etc.). Experience with Tosca Salesforce Scan and handling dynamic Salesforce elements . Knowledge of Tosca Commander , Test Case Design , Requirements , and Execution Lists . Familiarity with API automation using Tosca or Postman. Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification (added advantage). Exposure to SAP , Workday , or web application testing. Knowledge of SQL for data validation. Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments. Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field.
