Hiring: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Noida

Duration: 6 Months

Experience: 10+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and preferably Education Cloud. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and driving Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build Salesforce applications across multiple clouds
  • Lead technical design, development, and integrations
  • Guide teams, drive Agile practices, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical & business objectives
  • Support CI/CD, release management, and code quality standards

Key Skills Required

  • 10+ years overall IT experience with strong SFDC development
  • Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Aura, LWC
  • Strong experience in Sales, Service & Experience Cloud
  • API & third-party integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Salesforce Administration, Reports & Dashboards
  • Data migration (Data Loader, Workbench)
  • CI/CD, release management & code scanning tools
