Total Experience: Minimum 10 years ? Salesforce Data Cloud Experience: Minimum 3 years. Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and integration strategies, with a strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs). Key Responsibilities: ? Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Data Cloud implementations ? Design scalable data models and ingestion pipelines for real-time and batch data ? Define data governance, security, and compliance strategies ? Extensive experience in an Information Technology role (>8 years) ? 5+ years? experience as a Salesforce developer required. ? SFDC platform developer I and II, App builder certification preferred ? Experience working in a 1000+ user organization with large data volumes preferred ? Familiarity with sales, service and marketing processes ? Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions ? Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with external systems using MuleSoft, APIs, and ETL tools ? Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams ? Ensure performance optimization and best practices across the data ecosystem Required Skills: ? Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) ? Deep understanding of data architecture, data lakes, and data warehousing concepts ? Experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein AI ' ? Proficiency in data integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) ? Knowledge of identity resolution, segmentation, and activation strategies ? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
