We at Coforge are hiring Salesforce Architects with the following skillset:

• 9+ years of experience in Technical & Solution Architecture, including detailed design, prototyping & testing, either in an advisory capacity or hands-on. This includes the preparation and / or authoring of related artifacts (both documentary & otherwise). Experience in the formulation & implementation of Technical & Technology Strategies based on the Salesforce.com suite of products & services.
• 5+ years of experience defining, designing, delivering & deploying Salesforce-based technical solutions in an accountable or responsible role. A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations & executing data migrations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex enterprise-wide Salesforce implementations. Certification in Salesforce should include at least one Developer Track Certification (Platform Developer I or II), at least one Cloud Consultant Certification (Community, Field Service, Sales, or Service) & one or more current certifications in the Salesforce Architect track.
• Proven ability to build, manage & foster a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated ability to work creatively & analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent communication (written & oral) & interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to a variety of audiences (from executives to technically detailed audiences).
• Excellent leadership & management skills. Preferred: Demonstrable expert-level knowledge of Salesforce & its underlying platform architecture & technical workings.
• Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions, including cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation & management.
