Salesforce Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect / Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture, and AI-driven solutions using Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading development teams, defining technical architecture, and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

The candidate should possess excellent technical leadership skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in Salesforce customization, integrations, deployment, and DevOps practices.

Location : Pune, Chennai and Bangalore

Experience: 12 – 19 Years

Relevant Salesforce Experience: 9 – 15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and provide scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions using best practices.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
• Architect and develop solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Design and implement Agentforce AI Agents, workflows, orchestration, and automation.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows, and integrations.
• Define technical architecture for complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and third-party applications.
• Ensure robust exception handling, error management, and system monitoring.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams.
• Prepare and review Technical Design Documents (TDD), Configuration Workbooks, Run Books, and Solution Design documents.
• Support testing, validation, deployment, user adoption, and production rollout activities.
• Provide effort estimation and technical planning for project deliveries.
• Mentor and coach development team members on Salesforce best practices.
• Drive Agile delivery processes and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide periodic project status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
