Website : https://www.aligntech.com/ Scope of the role: The candidate will be responsible for verifying and automating several CRM flows, Data and Portals as requested by different user groups in the company. This is a cross-functional responsibility involving Development, IT, Customer Care, Sales, and Marketing groups. Successful candidate will have the ability to understand major systems architecture and technologies and excellent debugging technique. Main Responsibility and Activities: Working in a Scrum team along with additional development, testing and other team members in an Agile mode of execution. Analyzing requirements to prepare effective test plans and test cases, working with Functional Leads on required clarifications and with developers on understanding actual development. Own the production bug flow to quickly support our business users. Generate quality reports and dashboards internally with the team and for leaders and PMs that present project status or Ad-Hoc. Generate a sense of knowledge sharing within the team, by providing an example. Act as the main POC of Provar automation tool with global Invisalign colleagues and with Provar support team. Responsible for testing CRM functionalities, automations, data, and processes, new or existing. Design, develop maintain and execute manual and automated test scenarios. Seeking ways to improve the testing process as well as communication with stakeholders. Exploring, analyzing and reviewing user stories for validity and feasibility. Provide support to all task stakeholders and create clear documentation. Collaborate closely and liaise with project teams in other parts of the world. Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression). Provide proactive updates via Jira ticket tracking of progress and blockers. Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies. Communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues. Provide timely solutions to meet task and project timelines. Identify technical workarounds to facilitate quality execution. Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle with hands-on experience with Scrum methodology. Education Qualification & Skills Required: BSc in Computer Science degree in the technology field or equivalent education required. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SFDC development/implementation or software testing. Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality particularly. Provar certifications as well as hands-on experience on Provar testing automation. Source control and CI/CD management of Provar scenarios. Knowledge of ERP/SAP and interfaces with it and SFDC. Work closely with upstream and downstream application teams to execute E2E test cases. Good hands-on Knowledge of SQL Queries, Inspector, Workbench and Data loader. 2+ years of experience in automated testing execution with full hand on experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with good time-management skills. Salesforce certifications (Preferably Sales and Service Cloud). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Sense of ownership alongside critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with Jira & Confluence. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills. Self-learner with a constant strive for additional education in the testing field.
