Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in Apex development, Lightning components, integrations, and Salesforce platform architecture. The role involves designing scalable solutions, developing custom features, and integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to support business processes.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Build and manage Apex triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, and controller classes while adhering to governor limits.
Develop Lightning pages and flows to automate workflows and improve user experience.
Perform code optimization, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure scalable applications.
Implement and manage data migration and updates using Data Loader and Salesforce DX.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, Kafka, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Work with AppExchange integrations and third-party tools.
Implement and manage Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permissions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain code repositories and follow version control and CI/CD practices using GitLab.
Create or modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across Salesforce platforms.

Required Skills

7+ years of IT experience, with minimum 6 years in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning pages.
Hands-on experience with SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Data Loader, and Salesforce DX.
Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of OAuth, Kafka, and Single Sign-On integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and best practices.
Experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
