This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru South for a Salesforce QA Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual tests to ensure software quality and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing test cases, performing software testing, identifying and documenting bugs, and ensuring alignment with quality assurance best practices and standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide input on product design and development processes.
- Proficiency in Test Execution and the creation of detailed Test Cases
- Strong background in Manual Testing and Software Testing methodologies
- Understanding of Quality Assurance principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications, such as ISTQB, are a plus
- Experience working with Salesforce or CRM platforms is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
