Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune, Noida,Indore, India for a Salesforce Pre-Sales Lead / Salesforce Architect. The role involves designing and implementing Salesforce solutions aligned with industry best practices, collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, and creating solution designs and roadmaps. Other responsibilities include leading pre-sales efforts, conducting presentations and demos, preparing proposals, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, and staying updated with Salesforce products and offerings. The role may also entail mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, application design, and integration.
- Experience with configuring Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise in pre-sales consulting, presentations, and responding to customer proposals.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and APIs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in solution design.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and guide junior team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application/Platform Architect) are strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with industries such as education technology and AI-driven platforms is a plus.
