Must have skills required: Salesforce APIs, SQL, AMP Script Uplers is Looking for: Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled marketing automation consultant who can act as a subject matter expert (SME), offering both technical expertise and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role demands someone capable of guiding clients on how to leverage these platforms effectively to optimize campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing automation workflows. Key Responsibilities Architect, build, and execute personalized email campaigns and landing pages using SFMC tools like Email Studio, CloudPages, and Journey Builder. Develop responsive, dynamic email templates and CloudPages using HTML/CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS. Guide clients on marketing automation strategy, including customer journey design, lifecycle campaigns, and audience segmentation. Perform data modelling, segmentation, and SQL query development for targeted messaging. Set up and manage Data Extensions, Automation Studio workflows, and triggered sends. Conduct thorough testing (rendering, link, and functionality) and run A/B tests to optimize campaign performance. Analyze campaign results and provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights. Collaborate closely with internal and client-side teams to align on messaging, timing, and goals. Maintain documentation and stay current with SFMC best practices and platform updates. Educational Qualifications/Skills Required Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficient in HTML/CSS; advanced understanding of AMPscript and SQL. Familiarity with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Email Studio. Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail. Experience with campaign performance analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with clients and cross-functional teams. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer).
