Job Description

Job Designation: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Experience: 2?3 Years Department: CRM Development Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) components including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages. Build and customize responsive email templates, landing pages, and microsites using HTML, CSS, AMPscript , and SSJS . Create and implement automated email journeys, customer segmentation, and personalized communication flows . Set up and maintain data extensions, audience segmentation, and relational data models. Use SQL queries within SFMC to manage, clean, and transform campaign data. Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other platforms using APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect , and other integration tools. Monitor deliverability, campaign performance, and automation workflows while ensuring best practices. Troubleshoot technical issues within automations, journeys, and campaign configurations. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. Key Requirements: 2?3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development . Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS , and SQL for data manipulation. Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio , and related SFMC modules. Good understanding of Marketing Cloud Connect and CRM integrations. Experience working with segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization logic. Familiarity with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) is a plus. Salesforce Certification in Marketing Cloud Email Specialist / Marketing Cloud Developer preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
