Salesforce Manual QA Tester

We are seeking a self-sufficient Manual QA Tester to join our new BTG Salesforce Application Development group. This role is critical in shaping the team’s testing methodology and ensuring quality delivery during a major migration project and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Read acceptance criteria, design and execute test cases, and log defects.
• Document and run post-production validation scripts.
• Transition the team from informal testing practices to structured QA methodologies aligned with other groups.
• Operate independently as the sole QA resource on the team.
• Support migration projects with flexible, evolving assignments.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (moderately customized environments).
• Proficiency with Jira and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with manual testing systems; Xray preferred.
• Background in data migration/system migration testing.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for test case creation.
• Exposure to QA automation platforms (Playwright preferred).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with DocuSign CLM.
• Experience with SugarCRM.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools and basic HTML/CSS/JS debugging.
• Interest in UX research or customer experience.
