Job Description For Salesforce LWC We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce LWC Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce LWC concepts and development, as well as experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Exp- 3 yrs to 9 yrs Location ? PAN India 3+ years of experience with Salesforce LWC development Expertise using Apex, Aura components, LWC. Develop and customize Salesforce applications, workflows, process automation, and integrations to meet client-specific needs. Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SOQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data within the Salesforce platform. Design and implement solutions that adhere to best practices and maintainable code standards. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications and features. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to suggest improvements and innovative solutions. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve development processes and standards. Document technical specifications, processes, and solution designs as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any technical concerns. Experience with unit testing and test-driven development. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) Job Summary The Solution Architect role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust solutions for our B2C commerce platforms. With a focus on SFRA and B2C Frontend Script the candidate will leverage their expertise in WebPack and JavaScript to enhance user experiences. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of engineering and design principles to support IT business functions effectively. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable solutions for B2C commerce platforms using SFRA and B2C Frontend Script. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain high-quality code using WebPack and JavaScript adhering to best practices and coding standards. Optimize frontend performance to enhance user experience and improve site speed and responsiveness. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects. Document technical specifications and create comprehensive user guides for implemented solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning. Collaborate with IT business support teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing systems. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new technologies and processes. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to the companys strategic goals by delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on B2C commerce platforms. Demonstrate expertise in SFRA B2C Frontend Script WebPack and JavaScript. Have a strong understanding of engineering and design principles with experience in IT business support. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
