Gurugram, Haryana, India (Onsite) About the Role We are hiring a highly skilled Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Developer with a strong foundation in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and Lightning frameworks , and should be ready to join immediately or within 15 days . This is a full-time onsite role based in Gurugram , offering the opportunity to work on complex Salesforce implementations across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components as per project requirements. Build and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages , and SOQL queries . Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop reusable components and optimize front-end performance within Salesforce. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices. Perform debugging, testing, and deployment of code in sandbox and production environments . Stay current with Salesforce releases and Lightning framework updates. Required Skills & Experience ? 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. ? 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) . ? Excellent understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Aura, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 . ? Experience with Salesforce APIs, data modeling, and governor limits . ? Proficiency in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud development and customization. ? Familiarity with Version Control Systems (Git) and deployment tools (Salesforce CLI, ANT, Gearset, Flosum). ? Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies . ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good to Have ? Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification . ? Experience with Copado, Jenkins , or CI/CD pipeline tools. ? Knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware platforms . ? Exposure to AI/Einstein Analytics or Flow automation . Education ??
