Job Description
Role: Salesforce Lead Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time ? About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Salesforce Engineer to join our team and drive the strategic growth of our internal Salesforce Practice. This is a high-impact, technical leadership role where your primary contribution is to lead the design and development of our internal Salesforce products , accelerators, and reusable assets. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on development experience from environments that demand strict governance, scalability, and security standards (such as high-growth product companies or ISVs). This "product-building" background is essential for engineering solutions that elevate our internal capabilities, leading the development of reusable accelerators, and providing hands-on mentorship to other engineers. A key requirement for this role is the ability to work effectively and collaborate with EST timezone teams . Key Responsibilities 1. Practice Product & IP Development Lead the design and development of the core IP of our practice, including accelerators, integration frameworks, and LWC component libraries, ensuring they are built to the highest standards of scalability and maintainability. Own the development lifecycle of internal tools, building prototypes, developing proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and transforming reusable client work into durable, productized assets. Establish and document development best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team's core functions, including integration patterns, environment management, and LWC state management. 2. Technical Leadership & Mentorship Serve as the senior-most developer and technical expert for the team, guiding other engineers on complex design decisions related to large data volume (LDV), security models, and code scalability. Mentor and formally coach mid-to-senior level developers , imparting expert knowledge on governor limit optimization, advanced Apex design patterns, and LWC performance best practices. Lead by example by performing critical, in-depth code reviews and enforcing strict adherence to engineering standards within the team. 3. Project Contribution (as needed) Provide deep, hands-on coding expertise to unblock the most complex technical challenges on key projects, acting as an internal consultant or "firefighter" rather than a core delivery resource. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 8?12 years of overall Salesforce experience, with a heavy focus on hands-on Apex development, LWC, and building scalable Salesforce products or platforms . Code & Standards Mastery: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification is mandatory. Deep understanding of technical debt management, security modeling, and effective governance from a developer's perspective. LWC Proficiency: Expert-level experience designing, building, and maintaining reusable LWC components and frameworks. Product & Platform Engineering: Proven history of building and maintaining complex solutions or products on the Salesforce platform. Experience in ISV or high-governance product development is highly preferred. Platform Knowledge: Experience working across various Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience Cloud). Leadership: Must be able to lead and mentor other engineers, contribute to practice growth, and establish best practices through practical example. Integration: Deep experience designing and building complex, scalable integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications are a strong plus. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud are a plus Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce are a plus
